Cancellation/RESCHEDULING Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation requests to your appointment. This helps us maintain availability for all clients.
For certain color services that require extended appointment times (full highlighting and full bayalge services), a 50% fee may be charged in the event of a no-show. We appreciate your understanding, as this time is specifically reserved for you and your stylist.

LATE ARRIVALS
We understand things happen! If you're running late, please call us. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but services may be shortened or rescheduled if you're more than 15 minutes late.

A credit card is required to secure your online appointment. It will not be charged at the time of booking and your details will be securely stored for easy booking in the future.
